B-Type units

This sturdy inside/outside dust collector, from 5 HP to 50 HP, comes in 8 different configurations: with std 55 gallon drums or with rotary air locks for bin loading. All models have a sprinkler head connection in the filter section. Two explosion relief doors are an option. The "B" unit is available with 8" dia. filter bags for coarse dust, chips and large shavings or 5" dia. for fine dust. All units have a motorized filter shaker, from 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP sequentially timed to activate when the main fan is shut down. Our design permits up to 85% of the dust coming into the unit to be separated using our internal cyclone design, making our filters last the longest in the industry.  The collector is made from 14 ga. HRS and 16 ga. Cold Rolled Steel, and comes with a high gloss machinery paint finish over primer inside and outside. Our Filter media is polyester needle felt or polyester Beane knit depending on the application. Both fabrics can be dry-cleaned or machine washed using mild detergents to further extend their life. Our units provide many features and benefits that extend the life and reduce the operating cost making ownership very affordable.
